The public Selene website is statically delivered. It does not set advertising cookies or run production analytics unless this notice is updated before those tools are enabled. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited security signals when you use a protected account form.
Customer account
Registration stores your display name, acceptance version, account timestamps and an encrypted email address. Email lookup uses a one-way hash. Passwords are stored only as a salted, deliberately expensive hash combined with a secret held by the Worker. A secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookie maintains the website session; it is not available to page JavaScript and does not authorize plugin sessions.
License portal
Each account owns one license key. The recoverable key is encrypted for deliberate password-confirmed reveal, while licensing lookups use its one-way hash. Legacy key-only access remains in browser memory for five minutes and is not written to local storage, session storage or cookies. The API stores entitlement balances, runtime accounting, private-product HWID hashes, reset credits and bounded audit records required to operate the license.
Diagnostics
Plugins may submit bounded operational events such as product, session, event name, timestamps and allowlisted numeric or status values. The service removes disallowed sensitive fields and retains telemetry for the configured operational window, currently 30 days.
Payments and contact
Secure checkout and community contact open external providers. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms. Selene does not collect payment-card details on this website.
Security and requests
Do not send a password or license key through Discord or email. Use the customer portal only on selenesuite.com. For an access, correction or deletion request, use the official destination on the contact page; if that destination is not configured, requests are temporarily closed.
